The 2026 Member Retreat hosted by Women Moving Millions will take place October 26–29, 2026 at Carmel Valley Ranch in Carmel, CA. Our first retreat in a decade, this special gathering will be held in place of the Annual Summit (returning in 2027) and is open to both honorary and contributing members. At a moment when women’s rights face profound threats—and as our community continues to grow—the retreat creates intentional space for members to come together in courage, imagination, and shared purpose. Designed as an immersive, multi-day experience distinct from both the Annual Summit and Philanthropic Leadership Program, the retreat will foster depth, intimacy, and generative collaboration in a restorative setting grounded in nature.

Through interactive sessions centered on courageous conversations, intimate breakouts for meaningful partnership, and collective learning that explores the big questions shaping gender lens philanthropy and investing, members will have the opportunity to deepen relationships and clarify their philanthropic vision. The retreat will offer space for storytelling, reflection, and unstructured time to reconnect with the joy that fuels lasting change. Responsive to emerging issues across gender and philanthropy, the programming will empower members to shape their own experience, strengthening our collective resolve and capacity for bold action as we move forward together toward a gender-equal world.
